ughhh i wanted to like and finish this so bad but...idk, the flow of the dialogue really bothered me. it is a LOT of talking and it's a bit much. i love the premise and i enjoyed what i did listen to, but i found myself getting really frustrated and having to listen to certain parts on 2x speed because there was just so much slow clunky yapping. idk, might pick this one up again and finish it, we will see.

i am an unfortunate victim of the bbc sherlock disease, so i approach any modern adaptation with a healthy dose of caution. however! s&co is wonderful, actually! i really like it, they did a good job of modernising it and i think john watson as a podcaster is great. i think it feels very natural as well as being really good interpretations of the stories into modern day! love this show a lot, definitely recommend if you're into sherlock.

imagine if rabbits was good. thats this show! i got super into this for like, 40 episodes. binged them in an insane amount of time, but then it did sort of get unecessarily complex and i kind of fell off a bit. it's a really good show, i'm sure if i could barrel through the episode i got stuck on, i'd fall back in love with it again. one of these days, i will pick it up again. spotify here

HOOHOH i have not been this brainrotted by a podcast since i went insane over tma. this is a brilliant, still ongoing podcast about a 1930s private detective who wakes up one day blind and hearing the voice of an entity in his head. this podcast is absolutely fantastic, gut wrenching, and beautifully put together. cannot recommend enough. spotify here, site here.

a short three episode audio drama about a bomb diffusual team. this show was created by the w359 team in one week! i listened to it right afterwards. really good! i got through the whole thing in one gym session, so it's nice a short and easy. spotify here

red valley is a scifi drama following the investigations of a man who discovers his company is spending extreme amounts of money on a seed vault. whatever you think this podcast is about, you are wrong. i absolutely adore redval, at time of writing this, it's currently releasing its 4th (and i believe final) season. definitely recommend this one, i sped through the first 3 seasons in record time! spotify here, website here.

so mad about this show dude. genuinely will be bitter for life about it. this is a fantastic show about an investigative journalist looking into an old underground arg and accidentally becomes part of the game in her investigation. and it ends like pure utter garbage. i have never been more disappointed in my life. it gets 3 stars purely because the rest of the show is so good but holy shit what an awful finale. spotify / site

this show is very similar premise-wise to nightvale, though i found i preferred it as it was more story-driven from the get go. i loved kfam, it's about two late night talk radio hosts in a spooky mountain town. unfortunately, the show never got a final act due to creative differences, and was left unfinished in 2020 :( you can listen to what they do have on spotify though, it's an unsatisfying ending but the rest of the world and characters are deeply beloved to me and i relisten often.

this is the podcast that started it all! i fell in love with wtnv in 2015 when i was in high school. i would fall asleep to it every night. it's a wonderful podcast that you don't necessarily have to binge to understand, but definitely should do anyway. it's been a very long time since i listened to this show, but it is still ongoing. it's on spotify & their website!. the main reason i fell off from this show is because right as i was going to get back into it, the VA for the main character was being a dickhead to smaller podcast creators on twitter and it was just really petty and i lost interest in the whole show because of it lmao. i just remember seeing him go on about how "how original of you to have a small spooky town podcast!!!" which is insanely bold words from the guy whose podcast is just the twilight zone. yikes brother
