this place is an animal research institute that operated from 1901 to the early 2000s, where it was marked as a heritage listed building and abandoned. it's had a very rich history! from cattle experiments, a veterinary school, an animal morgue in the 30s. this place is awesome, best way to reach it is to catch the latest train to it's location and make a trek through a big empty field until you find it. the atmosphere here is excellent; dead silent, crickets, the occasional distant train going by. we ended up finding some crazy typewritten documents from the 1960s and 70s documenting research results in the basement.
