⋆ getting very excited for the oddity & curiosity expo coming to a nearby city at the end of the month! saving up for some bones :) i have room on the shelf for like, three new ones, maybe

⋆ got tickets to king gizzard & the lizard wizard in december!!

⋆ trying to get back into reading. i had a great month-long streak of daily reading, but then i went away and got busy and it all fell apart :(

⋆ somewhat tentatively planning a trip to the canadian rockies, hopefully by october 2026. i don't have much of a plan but i rarely do when i travel anyway, it'll depend on what i can save by then. never been to canada but always wanted to!

⋆ looking into getting my qualifications to do wildlife vet nursing. i love working at the gp clinic, but i would really like to expand my horizons a little and try something new. maybe a working holiday for a couple of months somewhere? wildlife is hard because there are so many volunteers that there's not a lot of need for unqualified workers

⋆ really into RUBBER BAND MAN by mumford & sons ft. hozier and ALL THESE THINGS THAT I'VE DONE by the killers right now
